Frequently Asked Questions What states do you provide services to? We service the United States, District of Columbia, and the territories U S Virgin Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
Does Corp-Under-Ten file my corporation documents? No. We only prepare the actual documents and put them in your hands along with clear instructions of where, when, and how to file. The filing process is so very simple and we do not believe it is something that you should pay for -- you can do this part yourself. This is our philosophy, and it is one reason why we are able to charge such economical rates for our services. Did you know that many services build in fees of fifty dollars or more just to file your corporate paperwork? They typically simply mail it in to your state's division of corporations. Your stamp and envelope are as good as theirs. Don't get gouged. Do this part yourself. We prepare. You file. You save. You smile.
How much are the state filing fees? State filing fees vary by state and often times by type of corporation.. Click here for current state fees. Every state has a fee. Some states have fees that might even be considered relatively expensive. Remember, state filing fees are not the same as the fee for our service to prepare the proper legal corporate documents. These filing fees are paid to your state's division of corporations and not to Corp Under Ten.
How long does the process take? Our work to prepare your documents is usually prepared and mailed to you within 3 - 7 days after we received payment. Once you submit the documents to your state the corporation processing time for each state varies but most states usually process corporate documents within 10 -12 business days. Our completed documents will tell you where to file for your state and the current state fee. We can also provide pre-addressed and postage paid envelopes for your convenience so all you have to do is sign the documents, seal the envelope and mail it.
How is Corp-Under-Ten able to charge so much less than other services? Corp-Under-Ten maintains a very basic, no frills operation. We have a small but efficient staff. We do not have an elaborate website that costs thousands of dollars to maintain. We don't have a million dollar advertising campaign. As a result our cost of operation is low, which allows us to charge lowest fees and still be profitable.
Do you do Limited Liability Company Articles of Organization? No. We strictly prepare corporate filing documents at this time.

What if I do not want to pay online. Are there other payment procedures? Yes. Though most of our customers pay online, you may pay via mail by sending a check for the appropriate fees.
